This is the first plumber I liked. They understood my problem, gave me a reasonable quote for the work, and arranged to do the work within 2 hours. When they got busy with their current client, and couldn’t make it, they arranged to show up early on Saturday morning (they waived the “weekend fee”). The technician had the experience and equipment to clear my drain quickly. He even helped clean up the mess that came out of my drain. PTP is now my GO-TO guys for all my drain cleaning. Well done PTP!!
It was good, they come, they do the job and I’ve always been satisfied. They come in, take a look at it and fixed it, and they completed the job when they come and I don’t have any problems with them anymore, they did a great work and I would refer him to anyone.
